Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to schools, school personnel, administrators, purchasers, fans, and anyone else who accesses or uses VyNext. By using VyNext, users agree not to misuse the platform as described below.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy describes the rules that apply when using the VyNext platform. It supplements the VyNext Terms of Service and any applicable school agreement.
2. Permitted Use
Users may use VyNext only for lawful school, event, ticketing, and related purposes authorized by their role and permissions.
Users with access to personal information may use it only for authorized purposes and may not browse, disclose, download, sell, or repurpose protected information without authorization.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not use VyNext to violate law, commit fraud, misuse payments or refunds, create or use fraudulent tickets, defeat admission validation, access data without authorization, introduce malware, interfere with platform operation, scrape protected information, infringe intellectual-property rights, or access another school’s private records.
Schools are not prohibited from using other ticketing, payment, concession, or software systems unless a separate written agreement expressly establishes exclusivity.
4. Enforcement
VyNext may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to investigate or address violations, fraud, security threats, payment misuse, or unauthorized access.
